Hi, I’m Max.

A producer with a background in traditional commercial production – and today, I’m fully focused on generative AI as a production method. Over the past years, I’ve moved beyond experimentation and built structured workflows that deliver real value for brands, agencies and production companies.

I’ve committed to staying at the forefront of this fast-moving field, developing custom processes that combine creativity and technology in ways tailored to each project. Through a wide range of spec ads, test films and client work, I’ve explored how AI can expand creative possibilities while keeping production reliable and efficient.

To make this happen, I work with a decentralized, international network of AI artists, VFX specialists, prompt engineers and creative technologists. Together, we form agile, project-based teams that scale with the scope of each job – from quick-turn social assets to complex, cinematic storytelling.

I produce both fully AI-driven projects and hybrid workflows that combine AI with live action or animation. Beyond that, AI opens up entirely new forms of content production: archives can be recycled, old shots reinterpreted, and existing material given new life. Across all of these categories – full AI, hybrid, and content recycling – I already have case work to show.

I take the legal dimension of AI production seriously. Together with media lawyers, I document a prompt archive for every project to ensure traceability and transparency. All AI-generated characters are checked via reverse image search to minimize risks, and where needed, real characters can be cast and trained as digital twins.

I also work with client-specific blacklists of tools that must not be used. Legally, under the EU AI Act, copyright is created once generative content is shaped by human input – through creative prompting and postproduction. With these safeguards, I offer clients the highest level of legal certainty currently possible.
